Port Douglas
Next up to explore has to be Port Douglas a quaint little old fishing village which over the years has transformed into a modern sophisticated resort town providing a completely different vibe to what Cairns offers making another option to base yourself among the surrounding nature. Four mile beach is the main hub of activity which is also a stunning beach providing a stretch of sand along with snorkelling trips and boat trips out to the Great Barrier Reef available you’ll find yourself keeping very busy while relaxing among the stunning surroundings that Port Douglas has to offer. The Great Barrier Reef
