Sail by Loreley Rock, where legend has it a mermaid seduced sailors with her songs. Visit Strasbourg, the border town along the Rhine, today a center for Europe with the European Parliament and European Court of Human Rights located here but with a historical UNESCO World Heritage Site center. Admire the impressive Heidelberg Castle and the equestrian monument to Emperor Wilhelm I in Koblenz.

Day 1: London – Brussels – Cologne

Make your own way to London St Pancras for the Eurostar to Brussels. On arrival transfer by coach to Cologne where you will join your Nicko Cruises ship. After time to settle into your cabin, meet your traveling companions over a welcome drink prior to dinner onboard. Meals included: D

Day 2: Andernach

Awake this morning in Andernach, one of Germany’s oldest towns. Take a tour to the Andernach Geyser, possibly the highest cold water Geyser reaching around 60 meters. Meals included: B,L,D

Day 3: Mainz

A morning in Mainz, where you can visit at your leisure. After lunch onboard, cruise by the famous Loreley Rock. Meals included: B,L,D

Day 4: Germersheim

A morning at leisure to explore Germersheim or take an optional sightseeing tour to Speyer. Meals included: B,L,D

Day 5: Strasbourg

Enjoy a tour of Strasbourg, visit the historical center listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Meals included: B,L,D

Day 6: Mannheim – Rudesheim

Awake this morning in Mannheim. Take a sightseeing tour to Heidelberg. Meals included: B,L,D

Day 7: Koblenz
