Day 1 – 2 Fly to Vancouver

After arriving independently at your downtown hotel explore one of the most liveable cities in the world, Vancouver is world-class. With ample shopping options and plenty of attractions to visit, you will not get bored. Why not try out some of the best foodie tours in Canada whilst in Vancouver, or the FlyOver Canada experience. 2 nights Vancouver

Day 3 Vancouver

Arrive at the cruise terminal in Vancouver’s wonderful Canada Place. Check in to your stateroom for the next 11 days at sea on a journey of discovery to Alaska.

Day 4 Cruising the Inside Passage

The Inside Passage is an enchanting scenic waterway stretching from Vancouver all the way up to Alaska, including some of Alaska’s beautiful islands that you will see along the way.

Day 5 Glacier Bay

You will never forget the sound of the glaciers calving as it sends a hush through the whole ship and you take in the enormous cliff-flanked fjords and remarkable wilderness. Enjoy a day of cruising through Glacier Bay which is a wildlife lovers dream with humpback and killer whales breaching the water below.

Day 6 Skagway, Alaska

Known as the best-preserved Gold Rush town, Skagway is a very historical town with so much history and local charm to discover. Spend the day discovering the enchanting Gold Rush story and visiting the wonderful historical buildings that the gold prospectors built.

Day 7 Sitka

This hidden beauty on the west shore of Baranof Island is stepped in Russian heritage. Sitka’s National Historical Park is the oldest National Park in Alaska and this makes for an extraordinary visit.

Day 8 Hubbard Glacier

Witness this magnificent natural beauty up close as you sail by this glacial wonder with its thundering calving that make towering icebergs that can be 3-4 stories in height

Day 9 Juneau, Alaska

Home of one of the largest wilderness areas in the United States it is abundant with wildlife, including orca and humpback. Explore glaciers including the mighty Mendenhall Glacier, Juneau’s most accessible glacier.

Day 10 Ketchikan, Alaska

Circled by lush green landscape and with evergreen mountains sprouting out of the waters, the surrounding area is breathtakingly beautiful due to the abundant rainfall of the rainforest environment. Explore the historical town.

Day 11 At Sea

Returning to the Canadian waters you will cruise the scenic Inside Passage again and keep your eyes peeled for the enchanting wildlife that call this coastline home.

Day 12 Victoria

The capital of British Columbia possesses a unique blend of historic charm and contemporary charisma. there is ample opportunity for whale watching and wildlife viewing.

Day 13 – 15 Vancouver

You will arrive in Vancouver at 7am. Take your time to leisurely disembark and return to the city. There is plenty on offer to explore within this beautiful city. Explore Stanley Park, one of the citys main tourist attractions offering 1000 acres to explore via foot or bike or head to Capilano Suspension Bridge via a short shuttle ride offering 450 feet suspension bridge 230 feet above Capilano River. 3 nights Vancouver.

Day 16 Rocky Mountaineer Vancouver to Kamloops

Jump in a taxi and transfer to the Rocky Mountaineer Station to embark on a trip of a lifetime. You will board the Rocky Mountaineer Train and head towards some of the most beautiful landscapes and enchanting mountain ranges. You will spend the night in Kamloops in the Okanagan Valley.

Day 17 Rocky Mountaineer Kamloops to Jasper

Today your journey continues north and east to the mighty Canadian Rockies. Dramatic scenery is ahead as you follow the North Thompson River as you near the Continental Divide. Todays highlights include Mount Robson. Pyramid Falls and the climb over the Yellowhead Pass into Jasper National Park. Overnight Jasper.

Day 18 Jasper

Jasper National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the Canadian Rockies largest national park, today take the time to enjoy this relaxed mountain town and the wildlife and scenery that is in abundance here.

Day 19 Jasper to Banff

Enjoy a sightseeing tour of Jasper and Banff National Parks via Lake Louise and the Icefields Parkway. Here you will ride on an Ice Explorer to the middle of the Athabasca Glacier. Arrive in Banff late this afternoon

Day 20 Banff

Banff is known to be one of the Rockies most popular mountain towns, with its bursting charm and breath-taking scenery, you will be sure to take home a true Canadian experience. There is plenty to do, whether it is to take a canoe tour out onto Bow River or head up to Sunshine Mountain in a gondola and glimpse the Canadian Rockies from up top. Two nights in Banff

Day 21 Transfer to Calgary for your flight home

This morning board your scheduled transfer and head back towards Calgary Airport for your return flight home.
