Eurostar

Day 1

Journey from London to Bruges

After taking the Eurostar from London St Pancras, you will make
your way to Bruges via Brussels, why not begin your discovery of
Bruges with a romantic horse-drawn carriage tour. It’s the perfect
way to experience the unique atmosphere and spellbinding
architecture of the city. Alternatively, explore the city on foot
to find delightful meandering alleys and charming waterways.

Bruges

Day 2

Breathtaking Bruges

Designated a UNESCO world heritage site, the city of Bruges
combines an enchanting mix of medieval mystery and modern-day
charm. Bruges’ religious artefacts are both fascinating and
plentiful, from the Basilica of the Holy Blood – resting place of
the city’s most revered relic, to The Church of Our Lady with its
sculpture of Madonna and Child by Michelangelo. No trip here would
be complete without taking in the majesty of Sint-
Salvatorskathedraal, the oldest church in Bruges where you’ll
discover medieval tombs, tapestries and a rich collection of
Flemish paintings.

Ghent

Day 3

Explore the Grandeur of Ghent

Just a short journey by rail, Ghent is a delightful destination
for a day trip. A city of marvellous contrasts, it boasts medieval
towers, bridges and turrets alongside a thriving cultural scene.
Pay a visit to Saint Bavo’s Cathedral – this treasure trove of
artistic delights is home to the world’s most stolen work of art,
The Adoration of the Mystic Lamb by the Van Eyck brothers.

Day 4

A Final Taste of Bruges

On your final day in Bruges, perhaps head to Minnewater
for a relaxing boat tour. As you drift gently past the fairy-tale
architecture, you’ll understand why Bruges is fully deserving of
its moniker, the Venice of the North. After bidding farewell to
Bruges, you’ll depart for London by train via Brussels.
