Overview

Delve into the historic city of Bruges, famed for its enigmatic
beauty and medieval architecture. In the city’s charming Christmas
Markets you will find stalls selling chocolate, lace and other
local delicacies, all set within the city’s alluring Old Town.

Itinerary

Day 1

London to Bruges

After boarding the Eurostar at St Pancras, you’ll head to
Brussels before winding your way through the Flanders countryside
towards Bruges. On arrival, make your way to the hotel which will
be your home for the next three nights.

Days 2-3

Bruges at Christmas

Over the next couple of days you are free to explore this
once-divided German capital. Perhaps make visits to the Brandenburg
Gate, one of Berlin’s most iconic sights, the Reichstag and
Charlottenburg Palace. You could also take in the remnants of the
Berlin Wall before acquainting yourself with Berlin’s Christmas
Markets. With sixty around the city, you will be spoilt for choice.
Each market encompasses its own theme, from the Market of the
Continents featuring crafts and delicacies from all over the world,
to Nordic-themed markets and the more traditional German markets
adorned with wooden cabins and the scent of glhwein – there truly
is something for everyone.

Day 4

Bruges to London

After checking out of your hotel its time to bid farewell to
Bruges. You take the scenic route to Brussels, before returning
home to London via the comfort of Eurostar.
