We had an absolutely fabulous trip to New Zealand via Hong Kong and back through Los Angeles.

Thank you for contacting me to book it last October.

It was the best holiday I have ever had, Collette are a great company to travel with and I would recommend them to anyone, everything just went like a dream, I learnt so much about the country and what a fabulous place it is. I thiink it has spoilt me for anywhere else.

We had a great group of people on our coach and laughed for three weeks, I will never forget it.

Hurtigruten Arctic Highlights 5 day Trip

Just returned from the most wonerful Hurtigruten Northern Lights trip, Thank you so much Liz for helping to sort the trip out for us, it was booked by me as a surprise for my husbands birthday, and thanks to Liz,( sending details in plain envelopes and tickets to my daughters home, and only calling me at work), I managed to keep it secret until the day of his birthday, 3 days before we went! The whole trip went without a hitch and really was a trip of a lifetime, we even saw the northern lights 3 nights out of the 4 on board. Couldn't fault even one aspect of the holiday from the day I made the first call to Liz back in September 2009, to the moment we arrived back home, thanks again !!

I thought I'd let you know that my husband and I had an absolutely splendid time at Club Med Palmiye in Turkey at the beginning of the month. Weather perfect every day including a spectacular electrical storm one evening.

The hotel was great. For us as a couple it was the best of both worlds and we often popped into the spa area at the end of the day. The rooms are bigger than the bungalows and have a nice balcony.

Thanks again, and well done for managing to get us a good price on a holiday that wasn't the standard 7 nights. Suffice to say transfers to and from the airport we had to ourselves which was rather luxurious, particularly the one at 2am in the morning.

I'll be in touch next time we're planning a Club Med holiday and see what you have to offer.

Palmiye was utterly lovely - just the best resort we have been to, we had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect, the setting lovely - you didn't get lost on the way to your accommodation which has happened to us with some of the other Club Meds!

There was a Club Med lady at the Thomson desk who handed us our tickets with no difficulty or delay, a quick check in, all very easy - and the original tickets were waiting for us on our return.

Thank you so much for fixing it.

And my daughter's ski job at Méribel just evaporated so she is now heading to Tignes . . . and will no doubt need something sandy and sunny in about May next year ....

Interestingly it was absolutely chocker and the day before we left at capacity - apparently due to the Swiss and I think Dutch children already being on holiday. Loads of Russians which I didn't see when I was there in August. Most nationalities give them a wide berth and the GO's manage to keep them in check, for now!

The hotel was great. For us as a couple it was the best of both worlds and we often popped into the spa area at the end of the day. The rooms are bigger than the bungalows and have a nice balcony. Strangely the bathrooms are better in the bungalows as have a separate loo and walk in shower.

Collete Japan hidden essence tour
Dear Karen,
Just to let you know that we had an excellent holiday in Japan with the weather being very kinf to us expect for 1 day when it rained most of the time. We were very pleased with the whole experience of this holiday -from the moment we were picked up to go to the airport to the moment we were dropped back home. This is perhaps the best organised holiday we ever had in the last.
36 years & we have been all over most of the world.
special mention must made to the tour manager, Mr.Steven Mayer, the tour guides, 'Sammy' & 'Mickey' and japan airlines for making our holiday such a pleasant and enjoybale one.
Last but not least, our sincere thanks to you for arranging the whole holiday for us so professionally & meticulously.
Now back to the mundane business of living in the real world!

Just to say thanks for sorting out this holiday for us and to let you know it was better than we could have ever expected from the excellent service provided by Emirates to the great organisation of Wendy Wu.

so much was included in the holiday yet we didnt feel that we were rushed or carried around too much, the hotels were very good in the whole and to have all of the meals organised and paid for was really good-such variety in the meals was great. To top it all the group was made up of lovely people, we had a lovely national guide and the sun shone for almost the whole time.

Just dropping you a note to say how wonderful the hurtigruten classic voyage was. All the transfers were seamless and well organised. My mother is still talking about it everyday! It was definitely the trip of a lifetime got her. The trip itself was breathtaking enough but the excursions were definitely the icing on the cake.
We especially loved the Maelstrom trip, the Bird Safari at the Noth Cap and the Trollfjord Eagle Safari.
The ship (Nordlys) was perfect. We were looked after very well on board by the excellent staff and the amenities were great. I even had a sauna! it was wonderful to have the space to walk around and when every we wanted we had a good seat in the panorama lounge on deck 7. We loved the food because there was always a wonderful selection. It was a very relaxing trip and there was always so much to see.

Dubai. Wonderful holiday arranged by Karen including a room upgrade for our sapphire wedding anniversary - champagne, special cake etc. Can't ask for better than that. Very high standard from start to finish. We are very grateful. Many thanks.

Magnificent China Tour

Our holiday showed us that China is a vast land of contrasts and extremes: small farms and huge cities isolation and overcrowding primitive and high technology a stunning history and powerful present and much more.

Everywhere a people who were welcoming and friendly.

Our holiday showed us as much as could be done in the time. Our Guides were keen to ensure that we enjoyed our time as much as possible. Our national guide watched out for us, and helped me on more than once occasion from getting myself lost. We were treated with great kindness and care. Our local guides were knowledgeable, informative and helpful.

Our hotels were of a high standard.

We only had one lunch or dinner in our hotel, all the rest being in restaurants carefully chosen for us. Our food was remarkable. We may not always have known what we were eating but it was really good. This was a truly extraordinary holiday.

Just come back from a wendy wu tour. The tour was fantastic and the care and attention the people were at Low Cost Deals and Wendy Wu was exceptional. Great value and memories of china especially the terracotta warriors will stay fresh in my head for the rest of my life as if it was only yesterday i was there.

Just back from a week at the club med village serre-chevalier it was lovely and i had a lovely time.

i would like to thank lowcostdeals for there great advise and for getting me a great deal!

I have travelled twice with low cost deals and they have been wonderful i would highly recommend them

I was in 2 minds about whether or not if i should go on a cruise holiday with my family because i have never really seen it as an interesting holiday to do. But in the end i went for it and i am so glad i went with my husband and son because we just got treated so well on the cruise ship.
